Transfer is possible only between cards issued by Ukrainian banks

Transfer from card to card - a service that allows you to transfer money from your credit card to the bank card of other person. To transfer money you need to know the sender's card number and the Recepient's card number. Cards can be issued by different banks of Ukraine.
